รอยเลื่อนซานแอนเดรีย รอยโลกแตก

ถ้าคุณอยู่ LA ผมเชื่อว่าคุณคงรู้แล้วว่าแผ่นดินที่คุณอาศัยอยู่นั้นอยู่บนแผ่นเปลือกโลกชื่อแผ่นทวีปอเมริกาเหนือ นอกชายฝั่ง LA มีแผ่นเปลือกโลกชื่อ แผ่นสมุทรฮวนเดอฟูก้า คุณกำลังอยู่ใน วงแหวนแห่งไฟ(Ring of fire)

ขณะนี้แผ่นสมุทรฮวนเดอฟูก้ากำลังมุดสอดเข้าใต้แผ่นทวีปอเมริกาเหนือ พร้อมกับส่งผ่านแรงให้กับ รอยเลื่อนซานแอนเดรีย ทำให้รอยเลื่อนนี้เคลื่อนตัวส่งคลื่นแผ่นดินไหวออกมาเขย่าแนวชายฝั่งอเมริกาเหนือที่คุณอาศัยอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงทุกวันนี้

คงไม่ใช่ข่าวดีนักสำหรับแผ่นดินที่คุณอาศัยอยู่ในขณะนี้ ทางที่ดีลองศึกษาดูหน่อยว่ากำลังเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับแผ่นดินแคลิฟอร์เนีย

แต่ถ้าเป็นผมนะ ผมจะหาทางขยับขยายย้ายก้นออกจากพื้นที่นั้นโดยเร็วเพื่อรักษาชีวิตเอาไว้ก่อน พ้นปี 2012 แล้วค่อยว่ากันใหม่ อันนี้ก็แล้วแต่คุณนะ ใช้วิจารณญานให้มากๆ คุณนั่งอยู่บนพื้นที่รู้อะไรดีกว่าผมที่อยู่ห่างจากคุณไปครึ่งโลก โชคดีครับ

 

India: Landslide causes traffic snarl in Kohima

State capital Kohima has been reeling under massive traffic jam for the last seven days following land sinking at D Block near Gurudwara due to incessant rainfall.

Traffic police allowed all the vehicles to divert the route from Razhü point till Phoolbari in two-way traffic causing traffic snarl and slow vehicular movements. The traffic jam has also prevented many students and office goers from reaching their respective destinations on time.

On visiting the sinking area, one of the affected residents said they have been working hard to dismantle constructed structures since Monday last and on wages basis.

He said around 20 to 30 people worked daily on a payment of Rs. 400 per head by the house owners and added that there was not government assistance for dismantling and construction of retaining walls.

While the ground was dug up, it was found out at one place the two end point of the main water supply pipe (6 inches) have been separated by around one feet probably due to aggravating land sinking.

PHE department was fixing the 6 inches main water pipe along the drainage side and this might take some more days.
According to the residents of the affected area, it would take months to complete the dismantling and construction of the retaining wall.

Meanwhile, D Block Panchayat expressed its gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported and extend help to the affected families.

The panchayat expressed special gratitude to Dr. Nicky Kire MLA advisor MTF & district disaster management authority Nagaland for immediate financial assistance to the affected families and also to the power department for timely intervention. The panchayat also appealed the government to compensate house owners of the affected areas.

It may be mentioned that three buildings were destroyed in the area and 21 families were affected. Some of the families took shelter at the colony panchayat building as a temporary arrangement.

23 killed, 1.2m affected by unprecedented Philippines floods. Twenty three were killed, including seven missing, and 1.2 million were affected as all provinces in northern, central, and southern Luzon, nine areas in Metro Manila and several provinces in central Philippines were heavily flooded, paralysed and placed under a state of calamity. A total of 1,230,813 persons were affected by the widespread non-stop rains and flooding. A total of 242,211 persons stayed in government buildings, gymnasiums, and schools that were turned into evacuation centres. Some 607,941 persons left their heavily flooded homes and stayed with friends and relatives living on safer grounds, said Ramos. /

The death toll from torrential monsoon rains rose to 19 yesterday, with over 700,000 residents evacuated from flooded areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported. Ramos said the floods have affected 1,230,813 residents in Metro Manila, Ilocos, Central Luzon, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon, (Calabarzon), and Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan. He said 783,707 persons were evacuated from their flooded homes. Ramos said 242,211 persons are now staying at 614 evacuation centers while 607,941 persons are temporarily staying in the houses of relatives and friends. Laguna, Bataan, Pampanga and Zambales were placed under a state of calamity to allow local officials to tap their respective calamity funds to assist the affected residents.
Officials in Pasig City, Manila, San Juan, Pasay, Navotas, Malabon, Muntinlupa, Marikina, and parts of Bulacan have declared their areas under a state of calamity.
The bad weather had also damaged 535 houses.
As of yesterday, there were at least 90 flooded areas in four regions. There were 17 flooded areas in Metro Manila, three in Ilocos, 49 in Central Luzon and 21 in Calabarzon.
Affected by floods were Valenzuela, Malabon, Muntinlupa, Makati, Navotas, Mandaluyong, Paranaque, Quezon City, Taguig, Caloocan, Pasay, Las Piñas, Pateros, San Juan, Manila, Marikina and Pasig in Metro Manila and Calasiao, Dagupan, and Bugallon in Pangasinan in the Ilocos region.
In Central Luzon, the flooded areas were Calumpit, Meycauayan, Balagtas, Bocaue, Bulacan, Bustos, Guiguinto, Malolos, Marilao, Sta. Maria, San Jose del Monte, Pulilan, Plaridel, Paombong and Obando in Bulacan; Bacolor, Apalit, Candaba, Florida, Guagua, Lubao, San Simon, Macabebe, Mabalacat, Masantol, Minalin, Sasmuan, Sta. Ana, Sta. Rita, Sto. Tomas, Porac, San Fernando, and San Simon in Pampanga; Balanga, Dinalupihan, Orani, Orion, and Hermosa in Bataan; Paniqui, Camiling, Concepcion, Mayantoc, Sta. Ignacia, and La Paz in Tarlac; and San Narciso, Subic, San Felipe and Cabangan in Zambales.
In Calabarzon region, the areas hit by floods were Cardona and Cainta in Rizal; Sta. Rosa, Bian, Calamba, San Pedro, Cabuyao, Los Baños, Bay, Victoria, Sta. Cruz, Lumban, Paete, Pakil, Pangli, Siniloan, Mabitac, Sta. Maria, and Famy in Laguna; and Noveleta and General Trias in Cavite. NDRRMC said a total of 126 roads in Ilocos, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Cordillera and Metro Manila were not passable to vehicles due to flooding. /

ส่วนมากถนนจะเดินคู่ขนานไปกับแนวทางของเส้นทางน้ำซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่เปลือกโลกมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ง่ายกว่าส่วนอื่นๆ ส่วนในอนาคตอาคารใหญ่ๆก็ไม่รอดจากหลุมยุบด้วยเช่นกัน เมื่อแผ่นดินยืดขยายขนาดรุนแรงเพิ่มขึ้นไม่หยุด ที่ผ่านๆมาสะพานใหญ่ๆพังไปก่อน เมื่อตอม่อย้ายที่ ในบางประเทศอาคารใหญ่ๆเริ่มพังบ้างแล้ว ต้องติดตามรายงานของหัวข้อนี้ต่อไป จะมีมากมายจนนับไม่หวาดไหว

 

ชาวอินเดียจะต้องเผชิญความทุกข์ยากไปอีกมาก

แต่ก็จะเกิด Himalaya Swirl ที่จะมีผลพวงมาถึงพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของไทยด้วย

 

ขอรอดูว่าท่วมคราวนี้แล้วจะยุบลงเป็นปกติหรือไม่

น่าสนใจว่า อีกระยะเมื่อหมดฝนแล้่วน้ำจะยุบลงเป็นปกติหรือไม่ หรือจะท่วมถาวรอย่างที่ปรากฏในหลายๆพื้นที่ของอินโดนีเซีย

Earthquake near Lombok Indonesia
A strong earthquake occurred along the coast of Lombok, Indonesia. The earthquake occurred at an intermediate depth of 77 km which implicates that it was well felt by people at the neighboring islands like Sumbawa, Bali and even Java

Sanur Bali - We felt our house move and then it shook for 10 seconds
Ubud, Bali - building was shaking

Kuta - Bali - Around 19:05 the room was shaking for almost 10 seconds.
Ubud - Just after 7pm, we had some shaking here in Ubud. At first, I thought a large animal had jumped on the roof. It lasted about 15 seconds.
Sekotong Lombok - A few secaonds the room was shaking. I first thougt a car hit die building.
Padang bai - Restaurant I was having dinner in padangbai was shaking for more then 10 seconds.

Nusa Dua - +-19:00pm have felt how the room was shaking for two seconds, not more :s
Indonesia - The water in the pool was shaking....
Nusa Dua, Bali - My door was shaking pretty loudly.
Near Sengiggi - Windows were all shaking...bed was shaking. All safe, no damage. Two periods, one lasting about 5-10 seconds.
Ubud Bali - It was a good shake to the whole house that lasted about one minute with the after shocks.
Bali - Doors shaking, refrigerator moving lasting ard 10seconds
Gili Air, Pemenang - It felt as if someone was forcefully pulling my chair back and forth.
Nusa Lembongan, Bali - My hut was shaking noticably at 7pm, but I wasn't sure what was happening. I then received a text from my daughter in Sydney Australia to inform me of an earthquake in Bali.... I then cried :
Sanur Bali - (I was walking along the road on my way to dinner when I lost my balance and knocked into my Husband.
Ubud, Bali - WHen sitting outside shortly after 7pm, a light tremor was felt, the soil trembled a little

620 million folks in India just lived through this nightmare, due to a rolling blackout from excessive draw on the electrical resources. A drought has reduced hydroelectric production, and high heat caused excessive demand. Rolling blackouts caused by electrical equipment automatically shutting down to avoid brownout damage are nothing new, but the number of people affected just reached an all-time high.

The solution, of course, is to prepare for what is coming – the Pole Shift with the loss of almost all of mankind’s infrastructure. Trains will be derailed even without outages. Lights will fail to go on, so candles or fumbling in the dark will be the only option. The political and corporate overlords, supposedly serving mankind, are not doing them a service by denying them the knowledge of what is coming. This is but a taste.
So what is the establishment doing to educate the public on what is coming? Apparently, they are providing entertainment! Not reality. Not solutions. Just sci-fi entertainment. The new TV show Revolution is a case in point.
