ตรวจสอบสภาพบ้านเรือนที่บ้านปรางค์พัฒนา 2 หมู่ 8 ตำบลปัว และบ้านร้อง หมู่ 4 ตำบลปัว เมื่อบ่ายวันนี้ (17 มี.ค.) หลังรับแจ้งว่า หมู่บ้านดังกล่าว ได้รับความเสียหายจากแรงสั่นสะเทือนระหว่างเวลา 21.00-03.00 น.

จากการตรวจสอบพบว่า บ้านเป็นรอยร้าว พื้นกระเบื้องหลุด ผนังแตกเป็นรอยยาว โคนเสาบ้านแตกเป็นรอยเลื่อนออกจากกัน รวมเสียหายทั้งหมด 12 หลัง และเสียหายหนัก 6 หลัง
นายอำเภอปัว คาดว่า อาจเกิดจากความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหัน จากอากาศที่ร้อนจัดเปลี่ยนมาเป็นหนาวเย็น เพราะฝนตกติดต่อกันหลายวัน ทำให้ตัวบ้านที่เป็นบ้านตึกสร้างด้วยปูนเกิดรอยแตกดังกล่าว

อย่างไรก็ตาม ได้แจ้งให้ประชาชนทราบข้อเท็จจริงแล้ว และไม่ต้องตื่นตระหนกกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น เพราะไม่ใช่แผ่นดินไหว และไม่ถึงขั้นต้องอพยพชาวบ้าน เพราะยังสามารถอยู่อาศัยได้ ซึ่งจะให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเร่งช่วยเหลือซ่อมแซม

น่าน- เกิดเหตุดินทรุดตัวกะทันหัน ในพื้นที่ตำบลปัว ส่งผลให้บ้านเรือนราษฎร 2 หมู่บ้าน เสียหาย 12 หลัง ปภ.คาดเกิดจากสภาพอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหัน และใต้ดินทรุดเป็นโพรง

รายงานข่าวจากจังหวัดน่าน แจ้งว่า นายกำธร สุอรุณ นายอำเภอปัว และนายธวัช เพ็ชรวีระ หัวหน้าสำนักงานป้องกันบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดน่าน พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ช่างเทศบาลตำบลปัว และทหารพรานที่ 32 จังหวัดน่าน และหน่วยทหารพัฒนาการเคลื่อนที่ 32 น่าน ได้เข้าตรวจสอบสภาพบ้านเรือนที่บ้านปรางค์พัฒนา 2 หมู่ที่ 8 -บ้านร้อง หมู่ 4 ตำบลปัว อำเภอปัว ซึ่งเป็นหมู่บ้านที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลปัว เย็นวานนี้(17 มี.ค.54) หลังได้รับแจ้งว่า หมู่บ้านดังกล่าวได้รับความเสียหาย จากการเกิดแรงสั่นสะเทือน เมื่อคืนวันเดียวกันในช่วงระหว่างเวลา 21.00-03.00 น.

ทั้งนี้ พบว่า บ้านเรือนราษฎร ในเขตบ้านปรางค์พัฒนา 2 หมู่ที่ 8 จำนวน 6 หลัง เกิดรอยร้าว บริเวณพื้นห้องโถงมีกระเบื้องหลุดออกมาเป็นแถวหลายจุด ผนังแตกเป็นรอยยาว โคนเสาบ้านแตกเป็นรอยเลื่อนออกจากกัน

นางติ๋ม ศรีนิล อายุ 55 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 358 หมู่ 8 ต.ปัว อ.ปัว จ.น่าน กล่าวว่า ช่วงเวลาประมาณ 21.00 น. ของวันที่ 16 มี.ค. ตัวบ้านสั่นไปทั้งหลัง โดยเฉพาะส่วนโครงหลังคามีเสียงดัง นานกว่า 3 นาที รู้สึกตกใจมาก และเรียกคนในบ้านมาสำรวจดู ปรากฏว่า ผนังรอบบ้านเกิดรอยร้าวเสียหายหลายจุด

นางแต้ม สุทธหลวง อายุ 59 ปี บ้านเลขที่ 289 หมู่ที่ 8 กล่าวว่า ช่วงนั้นได้ยินเหมือนคนลากไม้ในบ้านขณะที่กำลังนั่งดูทีวีกับหลาน 3 คน พร้อมทั้งบ้านสั่นทั้งหลัง พื้นบ้านซึ่งเป็นปูนแตกเป็นรอยยาว ฝาผนังบ้านเกิดรอยร้าวแยกออกจากกัน ตรงพื้นห้องรับแขกเกิดรอยแยกประมาณ 2 เซนติเมตรเป็นรอยยาวประมาณ 2เมตร

ด้านนายต่วน ชาวแพร่ เจ้าของบ้านตึกที่เพิ่งสร้างใหม่ กล่าวว่า ช่วงประมาณ 03.00 น.ของวันที่ 17 มี.ค.54 ขณะกำลังดูการถ่ายทอดฟุตบอล รู้สึกได้ถึงพื้นบ้านที่ปูด้วยกระเบื้องแตก มีเสียงดัง รู้สึกตกใจมาก

นางจันทร์ฉาย ดีอุ่น อายุ 49 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 367 ม.8 ต.ปัว อ.ปัว จ.น่าน บอกว่า เมื่อคืนวันที่ 16 มี.ค.2554 เวลาประมาณ 21.00 น.ซึ่งตนได้เข้านอนแล้วได้ยินเสียงดังภายในบ้านข้าวของบริเวณฝาบ้านหล่นลง พื้น แต่ไม่กล้าออกมาดูเพราะอยู่คนเดียว พอรุ่งเช้าจึงมาเห็นความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น พบกระเบื้องปูพื้นบ้านได้โก่งตัวยกตัวขึ้นพื้นแตกร้าว เสียหายจำนวน 16 แผ่น

จากการสำรวจความเสียหาย ยังพบบ้านของนายอุดม อุตรชน อายุ 54 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 391 หมู่ 8 ต.ปัว อ.ปัว จ.น่าน ,นางปวน ดีอุ่น อายุ78 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 55 หมู่ 8 ต.ปัว อ.ปัว จ.น่าน และบ้านของนายพยนต์ อินทร์มณี หัวหน้าโรงพยาบาลชุมชนตำบลปัว รวมมีบ้านเสียหายทั้งหมด จำนวน 12 หลังคาเรือน เสียหายหนัก จำนวน 6 หลังคาเรือน

นายกำธร สุอรุณ นายอำเภอปัว กล่าวว่า จาการสำรวจคาดว่าอาจจะเกิดจากสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหัน จากอากาศที่ร้อนจัด เปลี่ยนมาเป็นหนาวเย็นเพราะฝนตกติดต่อกันหลายวัน ทำให้ตัวบ้านที่เป็นบ้านตึกสร้างด้วยปูนเกิดรอยแตก ซึ่งขณะนี้ได้แจ้งเตือนให้ประชาชนไม่ต้องตื่นตระหนกกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น เพราะไม่ใช่แผ่นดินไหว และให้สำรวจความเสียหายจะให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าไปซ่อมแซม และบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนให้ ยังไม่ถึงขั้นต้องอพยพชาวบ้านเพราะยังสามารถอยู่อาศัยได้

ด้านนายธวัช เพ็ชรวีระ หัวหน้าสำนักงานป้องกันบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัดน่าน กล่าวว่า ได้ประสานไปยังสถานีอุตุนิยมวิทยาจังหวัดน่าน แจ้งว่า ไม่มีรายงานแผ่นดินในช่วงดังกล่าว ดังนั้นจึงสันนิษฐานว่าอาจจะเกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอากาศจากร้อนมาเย็น ทันที และเกิดการทรุดตัวของดินลึกลงไปเป็นแนวยาว ซึ่งต้องให้กรมทรัพยากรธรณีมาตรวจสอบอีกครั้ง

สำหรับหมู่บ้านทั้ง 2 แห่งดังกล่าวมีจำนวนหมู่บ้านละกว่า 180 หลัง ประชากรกว่า 1,000 คน มีสภาพภูมิประเทศตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาเป็นแนวยาว และติดกับลำห้วย แม่น้ำ ซึ่งสภาพดังกล่าวจึงมีแนวโน้มเกิดการทรุดตัวของดินใต้ลึกลงไปได้

It seems that India has caught the fancy of American trillionaire David Rockefeller. We have learnt that the 96-year-old, head of one of the biggest American business dynasties, is currently in the country with his family and is travelling all over North India.
We hear that the honcho landed in Delhi with more than two dozen relatives, including his children and grandchildren. The clan is learnt to be keen on visiting famous Indian monuments and places like the Taj Mahal, Rajasthan and Delhi. Rockefeller is believed to have landed in Delhi and chartered three planes to tour the country. Source

(2003) NEW DELHI: The Indian government has begun building several hi-tech bunkers to enable its top leadership, including Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, to survive a possible nuclear attack, official sources said.

This appears to be the return of old sunspot 1165, last seen in early March when it formed on the sun's southwestern limb. Since then it has been transiting the far side of the sun, apparently growing in size and restlessness. The potential for trouble will become more clear in the hours ahead as the active region emerges in full. Stay tuned.

Brunswick and Pender counties also received multiple calls, with some reports suggesting the meteorite had actually landed, but that could not be verified Tuesday evening. Meteorites are usually remnants of asteroids or comets that survive a fall to the ground through Earth’s atmosphere, according to Meteorite.org. But some have proven to be pieces of moon or Mars that broke off after an impact event and traveled through space.

Situation: Calls and emails have been coming into the newsroom about a fireball streaking across the sky Tuesday night. It appears what people saw was a meteor like the one in the picture accompanying this story, but maybe not quite as big. We received calls emails and from people in Beaufort County, Kinston, Camp Lejeune, and Winterville all describing the same thing around 7:30: A blue-green fireball streaking across the sky towards the East until it disappeared. No one reports hearing or seeing any impact. We talked with the National Weather Service out of Newport where officials say they have also had similar reports, but can't confirm for sure that it was a meteor. A meteor is a piece of rock or other debris from space that burns up as it enters Earth's atmosphere. Because the objects are moving at many thousands of miles per hour, they create friction with the atmosphere as they enter and burn up. Photographer Antony Spencer reports "an amazing display" over Enontekio, Finland:

"I was leading a group of photographers who have come over from the U.K and we decided to drive inland from Tromsø to beat the clouds," says Spencer. "The display we witnessed was absolutely incredible. I have never seen this much color in the aurora before."
